What a fucked up time to be alive.

Students (looks like grade school age) are writing goodbye letters to their friends in case ICE picks them up. I am genuinely not sure how the MAGA contingent lives with themselves.

OTOH, teachers are making themselves a RIGHT pain in the ass, so there’s that.

I continue to nest. Kevin bought me a side table (with power management!) to sit next to my reading chair. It’s big enough to put a plate on, it has secret storage inside, and it has wheels. It’s the perfect table. 😍

And it shores up my commitment to not leaving my house except for medical appointments for the next four years.

(I mean…I’m going to South America in 2026, if the borders are still open. So, yeah, ‘not leaving for four years’ is an exaggeration.)

(But not MUCH of one.)

I hate playing all sports. All of them.

As for watching, I am a rabid fan of American Football, Yes, still. I get that it’s…problematic. But I was raised in Pittsburgh, in the seventies. I couldn’t outrun this if I tried.

I also really like watching Tennis, although slightly l;est now that my Rafa has retired.

I used to loooove baseball, too, but I find that I don’t have the concentration for it anymore. 🤷🏻‍♀️
